Kemas Meranti performed during folk art festivity of Riau 2019

News24xx.com - The Young Art Community (KEMAS) of Meranti came to perform in folk art festivity of Riau 2019, in the cultural park of Riau Province, on Wednesday night, representing Meranti Regency.

The president of Kemas Meranti, Heru Sandra said that they were invited directly by the Technical Implementation Unit of Museum Sang Nila Utama and the cultural park of Riau Province to perform in the folk art festivity.

“Yes, we were invited to the folk art festivity of Riau 2019. The performance started on July 10th to 9 August. This month, our performance will have 90 minutes of duration,” he said.

Heru said that there are 7 performances: the performance with nafiri (traditional musical instrument in Riau) by Haikal Kepurun, poetry by Kamarul, the creative dance of Buang Ancak created by Monica Putri, Melayu musik by Apri and co., and poetry musicalization by Leman and co.
