Heartbreaking; a Sad Story of a Woman Who Cared for Her Mother Who is Dying, Her Husband Cheated And Left Her

News24xx.com - A British woman revealed her husband was having an affair with another woman while she was caring for her seriously ill mother. Her husband left her one day after her mother died of pancreatic cancer.

Nicola Funnell, 44, from Horam, East Sussex, said she met her husband Ian online in 2011 and immediately fell in love with her.

The couple married in July 2013. For Nicola that day was the happiest day of her life.

However, four years later, in February 2017, her world collapsed when her mother, Marion, 74, was diagnosed with end-stage pancreatic cancer and was only given a few months to live.

Nicola, devastated by the bad news.

During the next six months, she spent almost all of her day at her mother's bedside in the hospital. However, unfortunately her death could be refused by her mother who died in July 2017. Nicola felt so devastated.

"The day after my mother's death, Ian suddenly packed his things and left without saying much," she explained.

Now, Nicola says that she will move out and is currently saving for divorce.

"I'm happier and healthier than before," she explained. "But I can never forget the time when my beloved mother was dying, my husband was cheating and lying."
