Meranti Police E-Ticket Application Is Expected To Be Able to Avoid Extortion

News24xx.com - Meranti Islands Police Department with Bengkalis District Court, Kejari Meranti, and BRI Bank Selatpanjang Branch signed an MoU on the Use of Electronic Ticket Application (E-ticketing) in the payment of ticketed ticket fines through BRI, Wednesday (02/12/2020).

The activity that took place at the Meranti Islands Regional Police, which is located at Jalam Gogok Darussalam, was also attended by Assistant I for Government and People's Welfare, the Secretariat of the Meranti Islands Regency Syamsudin and a number of other invited guests.

Assistant I of Sekdakab Meranti Syamsudin said, he hoped that the application of this application would work well and could provide transparency to the public regarding payment of the ticketed ticket safekeeping.

"We, from the Regional Government, are very welcoming and we need to promote this program to the public so that it does not cause any strong reaction from the community members on the grounds that they do not know about this program," Syamsuddin explained.

Related to this also Syamsuddin asserted, the Regional Government will cooperate with the Police will work together to realize this program.

"Hopefully the community is happy and can receive this program well. Because the purpose of the implementation of this program is so that people are more orderly in traffic and can also avoid Wild Charges (extortion)," he concluded.
