News24xx.com - The Managing Director (Dirut) of RSUD Indra Sari Rengat Drg Sri Dharmayanti denied that his party had handled or referred one of the patients suspect corona virus.

To the media crew, on Monday 9 March 2020 yesterday, Sri Dharmayanti confirmed that the information circulating on social media, Facebook and WhatsApp in recent days was not true or hoax.

"This morning there was one patient with a complaint of fever, after returning home from abroad. We have done examinations, such as taking a sample of the patient's blood and so on. But we cannot confirm whether the patient was suspect corona. Because it is still at the examination stage," he explained .

Sri added that Indra Sari Hospital was not appointed by the Riau provincial government as a referral hospital for patients infected with the corona virus. For this reason, the patient was immediately referred to RSUD Puri Husada Tembilahan. "This afternoon we referred us and delivered us using Indra Sari Hospital ambulance," he said.

Meanwhile, Head of the Inhu Health Service, Ellis Julinarti MKes, when confirmed by reporters, explained that the patient was still limited to early detection.

"After the corona case was announced by Indonesian President Joko Widodo and as directed by the Inhu Regent, all heads of Puskesmas and doctors throughout Inhu District were collected by the Health Office, to provide education and counseling to the public, so that there was no panic and the community remained calm, "Ellis explained.

Ellis added, to all doctors and the head of the puskesmas to cooperate with the sub-district head and village head and to conduct inspections for people returning from overseas in their respective assignments. If found to be immediately examined and taken to the hospital for further examination.

"There was a patient who complained of treatment for fever at one of the health centers. Then it was directed to Indra Sari Hospital. Because the person concerned had just come from abroad, so we referred him to a hospital appointed by the government as a corona reference.

"If we go to Arifin Achmad Hospital in Pekanbaru, we will refer to Puri Husada Tembilahan Regional Hospital," Ellis explained.
Questioning information circulating on social media, Ellis asserted if the news was not true or hoax. Because, who called it suspect or not only.

"We have not dared to state suspect because it is only limited to early detection. So it is like, there is an umbrella before it rains," Ellis said.

Meanwhile, in a separate place, Inhu Regent Yopi Arianto told the media crew, he appealed to the whole community not to easily believe just the information that was not yet clear.

"If there is an issue related to the corona virus, please the Inhu community to coordinate with the local sub-district head and puskesmas. Or report directly to the Inhu Health Service, and also through my personal number 0812-7579-000," ordered the Regent of Yopi.
