1. Bridge Position
This one movement is one of the movements to raise the body that is easy to do. The trick, you position your body lying on your back then bend your knees up and position your feet flat on the floor. 2. Cobra Stretch
Cobra stretch is a movement where the body position is like a cobra with its head raised. To do this stretch, your body position must be on his stomach and lift your chest up. You make your hands as a pedestal to lift the front of the body. Hold for 30-60 seconds, then lower your body again.

3. Table Position

4. Basic Leg Stretch
