An Indian man dredges milk spills on the streets

There was a touching sight in Agra, India. A poor man is seen scavenging milk spills on a quiet street due to lockdown.

In the video, the man appears to be carrying a container to collect dirty milk. Next to the man, several dogs were also pawing for milk by licking it.

The milk itself was spilled by a milkman who had an accident.

This video was then viral and made many people feel touched seeing it. However, the authorities did not want to comment much about the video. They only said that the authorities responsible for the distribution of food to the poor affected by lockdown.

Since the 21-day lockdown was put in place to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the poor in India have increasingly had difficulty meeting their needs. The Indian government was asked to ensure that the food supply actually arrived and could reach all poor people.
