Two Positive Covid-19 Patients in Inhil Were Indicated of Recovery

News24xx.com - Inhil-As many as two positive patients of Covid-19 who are residents of Indragiri Hilir Regency (Inhil) were declared cured. Male patients with the initials ZA (22) and RS (33) were confirmed healed after undergoing the SWAB test.

Previously, the ZA patient, a resident of Pelangiran Subdistrict who was known to be an Al-fatah student of Temboro, Magetan, Surabaya, East Java, was diagnosed with a coronavirus infection until he was treated at the RSUD Raja Musa, Guntung for some time.

Meanwhile, hospital patients (33) who are residents of Tembilahan and have a travel history from Sukabumi, West Java, were also treated at Bhayangkara Hospital, Pekanbaru after being declared infected with Covid-19.

"Today, the two patients were declared cured after undergoing PCR SWAB and sputum two times each. 2 times the SWAB test showed negative results for both patients," said Chairman of the Medical Team for the Task Force for the Covid-19 Handling Acceleration, Dr. Alexis through Spokesperson for Coordination Task Force for Coil-19 Handling of Inhil Regency, Trio Beni Putra, Sunday (17 May 2020).

The trio said that at this time both patients, namely ZA (22) and RS (33) had been returned to their homes in good clinical condition.

"This is certainly very encouraging news for us because there are Covid-19 patients who recover after being treated intensively. For our patients who are still in care remain optimistic, always eager for recovery," Trio said.

With 2 (two) positive Covid-19 patients recovering, the number of positive Covid-19 patients still being treated is 8, 6 patients are being treated at Puri Husada Tembilahan Regional Hospital and 2 other patients are being treated at Raja Musa Regional Hospital, Smooth.
