Demand THR Be Paid, Hundreds of PT ISK Employees Perform Demonstrations

News24xx.com - Inhil-Hundreds of employees of Sarimas Kelapa (ISK) Company Inhil held a demonstration in front of the company, Tuesday (19 May 2020).

The action was taken because the holiday allowance (THR) has not yet been disbursed by the company.

This action began at 09.00 am and was carried out by ISK company workers because THR which is the right of the workers has not yet been paid by the company.

Workers from the field are blocking company entry fences and are on strike. They demand what is their right to be paid immediately.

"All employees ask the company to immediately pay our THR, which until today there has been no clarity from the company," said Supriyadi, one of the workers who took part in the action.

The workers also demanded that there be a consultation with the company related to the certainty of payment of the employee's THR.

The demonstrators' actions were received by ISK Company Assistant General Manager Setiawan Heru and HRD Manager Lily.
