Concerned about the Covid-19 Impact, PLN Siak submitted of PPE and masks to the Siak Regency Government

News24xx.com - Unit of Customer Service (ULP) of PLN company provides assistance in the form of PPE and masks for medical personnel as a form of the concern for the prevention and acceleration of Covid-19 handling in Siak Regency.

PLN of Siak also shared some food packages before Eid Al-Fitr for communities who need it.

The assistance was handed over directly by Manager of PLN ULP Siak, Heru Triwibowo to the Covid-19 Handling Task Force Team that was represented by Assistant I, Budi Yuwono at the Raja Keci, Kampung Dalam village, Siak District.

Heru Triwibowo when confirmed by the media crew, said that he was delivering aid in the form of 40 PPE and 100 Masks to the Covid-19 Handling Task Force in Siak Regency said, "Alhamdullilah (Thank God), we just handed over 40 APDs and 100 Masks to the Task Force Team and we hope that it will be useful."

Heru also added that the PPE and Maks for Covid-19 is a program from the Central PLN to Covid-19 Handling Task Force Command Posts in the units.

And for the social aid,  PLN ULP of Siak make the priority for poor families who is affected by Covid-19.

"The existence of the Covid-19 outbreak affected the economic conditions of some people. Their condition is now increasingly difficult, and we have to participate in helping them, especially ahead of Eid Al-Fitr, "Heru said.

He also conveyed, this assistance came from the zakat fund that collection by employees income of PLN company that managed by the Baitul Maal Foundation (YBM) the PLN Main Unit of the Riau & Kep Riau Region (UIWRKR).

"This assistance is comes from the collection of zakat funds from the employee income that managed by the Baitul Maal Foundation. We hope that through this assistance it can help the poor communities in food needs amid the Covid-19 pandemic. And we hope that we can run our Ramadhan with healthy condition, despite being in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, "Heru added.  (Advertorial)
