News24xx.com -  The results of the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag) hearing session stipulated that 1 Shawwal 1441 Hijriyah will fall on May 24, 2020 tomorrow.

In accordance with the MUI agreement, Riau Governor Syamsuar said that the people in the Covid-19 red zone area were asked to carry out the Eid al-Fitr prayers at their respective homes.

Whereas for regency / city areas included in the green zone, the Eid Al-Fitr prayer policy is left to the respective regents / mayors.

"For this Eid prayer, we have a fatwa from MUI, so we follow it," said Syamsuar, Saturday, May 23, 2020.
