China Attacked by Corona, Indonesia's Agricultural Product Exports Up 16.9 Percent

News24xx.com - Agricultural exports rose amid the Covid-19 pandemic. During the first four months of 2020, exports of agricultural products reached IDR 134.63 trillion.

In January-April 2020, exports of agricultural products grew 16.9 percent compared to the same period last year of IDR 115.18 trillion. The trade surplus for the same period also increased 32.96 percent from IDR 33.62 trillion to IDR 44.7 trillion.

"In 2019, China is the main export destination for our agricultural products. Of the export of agricultural products valued at 26.31 billion US dollars (IDR 372.57 trillion), as much as 15.93 percent was exported to China. The next export destination countries are India with a market share of 11.24 percent, followed by the United States 9.03 percent, Malaysia 5.05 percent, and Pakistan 4.73 percent, "he said.
