New Normal, Riau Ministry of Religion Awaits Circular Related Center Reopened Worship House

News24xx.com -  The Head of the Riau Ministry of Religion's Regional Office (Kakanwil), Mahyudin, said he supported the policy of the central government to apply the concept of 'New Normal' or just live normally with the corona virus or Covid-19.

"Because of the new normal central policy, of course we are very supportive," said Mahyudin, Thursday, May 28, 2020.

But related to the opening of places of worship such as mosques, he said his party was awaiting regulation or circular from the Indonesian Ministry of Religion.

"Regarding the mosque, we are waiting for the policy from the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. The information we get is in the process of making regulations such as Circular," he said.

About the house of worship which was first opened before the circulation was released, Mahyudin only said that his party was the central policy. "We are waiting for central policy," he said.
