News24xx.com - Inhil-graphic data of Covid-19 patients in Indragiri Hilir Regency continues to decline. This is reflected in the number of Patients Under Supervision or PDP, Monitoring Insiders or ODP and Covid-19 positive patients who continue to decrease, Thursday (28 May 2020).

Today alone, three co-19 positive patients from Inhil Regency were again cured and have been allowed to go home.

The three patients, Ar (26) are male, resident of Reteh District, KH (16) male, resident of Pelangiran District, S (17) male, resident of Keritang District. The three patients who were cured were Al-Fatah Islamic Boarding School students, Temboro, Magetan, Surabaya, East Java.

With the addition of three recovered Covid-19 patients, the number of Covid-19 positive patients who were originally 11 people now has left three patients who are still undergoing isolation for treatment.

Based on the monitoring data of the Inhil Regency Covid-19 Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling, the total number of Patients Under Supervision or PDP in the Regency is 75 people with 66 of them declared healthy and allowed to go home, 3 people died and 6 people are still undergoing treatment.

"Good news for us, which is about 1 month there have been 7 patients recovered. Similarly, the number of PDP continues to fall," said Spokesperson for Covid-19 Handling Task Force in Inhil District Trio Beni Putra through a written statement.

Not only did the number of PDPs experience a downward trend, but the decline also occurred in the number of Monitoring Persons or ODP in Inhil District, as monitored by the Inhil District Coordination Task Force for the Acceleration of COVID-19 Handling.

As of Thursday, May 28, 2020, Inhil District Coordination Task Force for Accelerating Handling of 19 Districts recorded, there were 10845 ODPs, of which 10318 people were declared to have finished monitoring and left 527 ODP in the monitoring process. Meanwhile, for ODP, death is nil.

"We should appreciate the performance of the medical team with all their might and efforts to suppress the number of Covid-19 patients. Their maximum work in handling Covid-19 has now paid off," Trio said.

Head of the Covid-19 Handling Medical Team of Indragiri Hilir Regency, Dr. Alexis, before he was declared cured, the three positive patients of Covid-19 had to undergo treatment for some time in a referral hospital.

"All these patients were declared cured after examining Swab samples and sputum with negative results twice in a row. The patient is now educated and discharged with a good clinical condition," said Dr. Alexis.

Furthermore, Dr. Alexis advised, that all positive patients of Covid-19 who are still undergoing periods of isolation and treatment can always be optimistic and enthusiastic for healing.
