Although the Riau Province has not recorded any new cases that have tested positive for Covid-19 these days, the two regions in Riau are still in the red zone.

Riau Covid-19 Handling Spokesman, Dr. Indra Yovi said if the area in question is the Meranti and Bengkalis Islands.

"The two regions have a high transmission risk," he said, Tuesday, June 2, 2020.

He added, in addition to the two regions included in the red zone, in Riau there were also two regions included in the green zone, namely Rokan Hilir and Kuantan Singingi Districts.

While the areas included in the yellow zone are Pekanbaru, Dumai, Siak, Kampar, Pelalawan, Indragiri Hulu, Indragiri Hilir and Rokan Hulu.
