Often Interferes in Corona Handling Affairs, Luhut: I am the Board of Experts

Maritime and Investment Coordinating Minister Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan stated that he was the Covid-19 Task Force Expert Council. And even today he is giving correction.

He also talked about the coordination of the central government and regional governments, one of them with DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan. He emphasized that communication with Anies Baswedan was going well.

He admitted that he often communicated via telephone with the Governor of DKI Jakarta and several regional leaders who had problems with COVID-19.

"People say I am with the Governor of DKI (not coordinating). I called the Governor of DKI, West Java, Central Java, East Java, we called to the area that had problems," said Luhut.

He said that the government did not only issue policies on handling Corona. For example, the problem of easing restrictions is done according to pandemic curve data.

Then the matter of healthy habits during the restriction period must still be done even though it is relaxed. Furthermore, coordination with the Regional Government must also be maintained.

"Health habits during the PSBB must be maintained. Then we must coordinate with local governments," said Luhut.
