Again! the Wedding Party Brings Disaster, After the Groom's Party Died And 31 Positive Corona Guests

News24xx.com - A tragic story experienced by a woman from Patna, India. Her husband died the day after his marriage due to Corona. Not only that, her husband allegedly transmitted the virus to 31 guests who came to his wedding.

The husband is from a village in the Patna district and works in Gurgaon. On June 15, he came from Gurgaon in a private vehicle and headed straight to the wedding venue in the Naubatpur block, Patna.

The villagers said that the bridegroom fell ill even when the wedding ritual was performed, but somehow it was all over and the man was sent back home the next morning with the bride.

In the evening, a grand party was held for the wedding guests. A large number of villagers attended a dinner party.

The next day, her husband's condition worsened and he was rushed to the government primary health center located in the Paligan block.

With his condition showing no signs of recovery, he was transferred to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in Patna. However, he was unconscious just when the vehicle carrying him had reached the hospital gate.

After his death, a grieving family member brought his body home and cremated it without informing the health authorities and without conducting tests to see if he had been infected with COVID-19.

A team from the state Health Department immediately rushed to the place and collected samples from 125 villagers who attended the wedding. A total of 15 of them were found positive.

On June 20, the state health authority collected a sample of 81 more people from the affected area. Among them, 16 were found to be COVID-19 positive.
