News24xx.com -  As of July 1, 2020, the Population and Civil Registry Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency has implemented an online registration system for making Family Cards and Birth Certificates.

Nursal explained, people who want to make a Family Card and Deed first apply for the issuance of Family Cards and Capil deeds online.

Then after processing, the applicant will get an e-mail notification from the Directorate General of the Department of Population and Civil Registration of the Ministry of Home Affairs, then the community only needs to download the blank file from the email and print it using HVS paper with A4 80 gram Spec.

"The use of HVS paper with A4 80 gram Spec is one of the efforts to provide convenience to the community," he explained.

In addition, Nursal Sulaiman also explained that Related to legalization for all population documents that had been signed by Electronic Signature including an electronic Resident Identity Card, it was no longer necessary to be legalized according to the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 104 of 2019 in article 19 paragraph 6 concerning Administrative Documentation Population
