Realizing Mini Data Center, Indragiri Hilir Communication and Information Office Visits Pekanbaru Data Center

To realize the Data Center in Indragiri Hilir Regency, Assistant II of the Indragiri Hilir Afrizal Regency Secretariat was accompanied by the Head of the Office of Communication, Information, Press and Statistics, Trio Beni Putra and his staff visited PT Citra Reksatama Data Center in Pekanbaru on Saturday July 04, 2020.

The visit to the Pekanbaru Data Center was welcomed by Supervisor Yudha Dewantoro with the team. Before entering the Data Center building located on SM Amin Street Pekanbaru, each visiting guest must pass a strict inspection procedure.

Implementing the task of the Communication and Information Office of Indragiri Hillir District Trio Beni Putra revealed, the visit to the Pekanbaru Data Center will add insight to his side in realizing the Mini Data Center space in Indragiri Hilir Regency.

"The visit to the Pekanbaru Data Center headquarters was to examine integrated internet management and as a control center in public information services, technology and data integration and applications in Indragiri Hilir Regency," he said.

He added, this is in line with Presidential Regulation Number 95 of 2018 concerning Electronic-Based Government Systems, making all municipal regencies required to implement an integrated application system as a digital toll road system in running the wheels of government so as to create efficiency, effectiveness, and accountability in order to reduce the slightest deviation maybe.

While Assistant II of the Regional Secretariat of the Indragiri Hilir Regency, Afrizal said that the Government of the Indragiri Hilir Regency welcomed the breakthrough made by the Communication and Information Office in an effort to realize this Mini Data Center.

"Of course, the steps taken by the Office of Communication and Information are very good in the effort to integrate and secure the data of the Regional Work Unit at the Mini Data Center," he said.
