Had Delayed Because of Covid-19, District Level MTQ Implementation in December Up in Kandis

News24xx.com - Although it was delayed due to the Pandemic Covid-19 outbreak or Corona, the Siak Regency Government is preparing to carry out Musabaqah Tilawah Al-Qur'an 11st in the Level Regency of Siak in 2020 which will be held next December in the District of Kandis.

To ensure the smooth implementation of the Shiar Al-Qur'an activities, the Acting Regional Secretary of Siak Jamaluddin accompanied by the Regional Representative Office held a Coordination Meeting with the coordinating Forum of regional leaders and vertical agencies to discuss the technical implementation of the 10th Musabaqah Tilawah al-Qur'an (MTQ) Siak Regency in a new normal era situation, located in Siak Sri Indrapura Meeting Room 1st Floor, Siak Regent Office.

"This meeting is a follow-up to the previous meeting held last March. Where the determination of the implementation of the 10th Level Musabaqah Tilawah al-Qur'an of Siak Regency has been determined in the District of Kandis," he explained.

After a long discussion with the leadership of the Regional Apparatus Organization and the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Siak Regency, Jamaluddin then read out the final results of the meeting.

"Based on the input and considerations from the brothers, the 10th Musabaqah Tilawah al-Qur'an of the Siak Regency Level we agreed on will be held on 21 to 24 December 2020 in Kandis District with a minimum format of events," he said.

For example, he said, tents were installed as simply as possible and the arrangement of guest chairs and invitations were given a minimum distance of one meter according to the health protocol. Some items of the series of activities will also be eliminated as an effort to comply with the health protocol.

"The ta'ruf parade and the bazaar stand at Musabaqah Tilawah al-Qur'an this year will be eliminated, then the competition of the recitations will be held in the afternoon, to facilitate monitoring of the attendance of the people watching" he explained.

In the coordination meeting which was also attended by the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Siak Muharom Regency, the Head of Kandis Said Irwan, along with the Head of the Regional Organization of the Siak Regency, also agreed that the caravans and accompanying officials would take a rapid test first before the activity began.
