New Normal Concept, Siak Regent Prepares a New Nature Concept Tour in the Zamrud Lake National Park

Alfedri said, so far the Siak Regency Government has cooperated in a Memorandum of Understanding with the Head (Riau Water Resources Conservation Center) in the framework of developing tourism in the Emerald National Park, namely in the utilization zone. Siak Regency has been granted zoning based on a Decree of the Directorate General of Conservation of Natural Resources and Ecosystems of the Ministry of Environment and Forestry.

"There are core zones, transition zones and utilization zones. In this utilization zone it can be done for tourism development. And this year BBKSDA (Balai Besar Conservation of Water Resources) Riau will help 2 units of motorboats for River Rawa and Dayun fishermen, "he explained.

Furthermore, parking lots, places of rest and worship will be arranged as well as souvenirs and culinary places directed to the local community, as an economic resource for the community. Then for visitors or tourists who enter from Dayun, a delivery vehicle or Shuttle Bus will be prepared later.

"For tourists who enter the Zamrud National Park from Dayun, vehicles will be prepared in the form of buses to the destination tourist sites and will be prepared by tour guides. This is to discipline visitors who enter conservation areas, "he added.
