Chairman of the National Commission for Child Protection (PA) Arist Merdeka Sirait told reporters at Depok City Hall, Jalan Margonda Raya, Depok, Tuesday (14 July 2020) said the case was reported to Depok Police from October 4, 2019. Based on the results of Komnas PA interviews with victims, intercourse is known to have occurred many times in 2019.

"According to the victim's confession after we interviewed it well, he recalled that it had been done more than 10 times and carried out with full of threats against children not to tell anyone," he said.

SU, the victim's mother, explained that the rape occurred when S was 9 years old. Now S is 10 years old. S is the fourth child of five siblings.

The case was revealed by SU after he suspected liquid stains on his son's pants. SU also got a story from his son that S had been spotted by her husband.

"It was reported on October 4, 2019, but to this day, the last letter received by this mother was last October 12, 2019 about the notification of the progress of the investigation (SP2HP), but the perpetrator has not been arrested and not detained.
