News24xx.com - The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the United States (US) has been hunting Wayne Arthur Silsbee for the past 23 years, related to child sex crimes. Last week, Silsbee suddenly came to the police station in Oregon to surrender himself. As reported by CNN on Monday, May 13th 2019, Silsbee is hunted by the FBI regarding a 'series of sexual crime cases' that occurred between September 1995 and April 1996.

These sexual crimes were committed by Silsbee to girls aged 8-10 years. The FBI said in its statement that Silsbee knew his victims because he had been a babysitter for victims or had delivered victims to number of events.

Silsbee, who is now 62 years old, turned himself in to the office of the Oregon City Police Department on Friday, May 9th 2019. It is not clear yet what is reason for Silsbee’s surrender after 23 years being wanted. In this case, according to the 1996 FBI documents, Silsbee is involved in sodomy charges, charges of sexual violence, endangering the welfare of children, and sexual penetration charges.

After surrendering, Silsbee will be presented at the hearing for the first time on Monday, May 13th 2019. The FBI believes that Silsbee lived in the Nebraska region. But he also allegedly moved to the Springfield area, then Missouri, then the San Francisco Bay area, also in Colorado, Arizona and Washington during his escape.
