News24xx.com - In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of Siak Regency in 2019, the DPRD of the Siak Regency held a Plenary Meeting held in the Plenary Meeting Room of the Siak DPRD, Saturday 12 October 2019.

The Chairperson of the Siak Regency DPRD, Azmi said, the Plenary Meeting this time was very special, because today was right on October 12, 2019 to coincide with the 20th anniversary of Siak Regency.

"Previously, we would like to thank the heroes and community leaders, who have fought from the beginning of the establishment of Siak Regency to the present, the development of Siak Regency in all fields is extraordinary," Azmi said.

In his remarks, the Regent of Siak Alfedri conveyed that the plenary meeting was perfect with the 20th anniversary of Siak Regency in 2019, with the theme 'Siak Hijau Siak Lestari'.

"Alhamdulillah, today Siak Regency is even 20 years old, although it is still young, the development of Siak Regency in all aspects continues to increase," Alfedri said.

Previously, Alfedri added, we would like to thank you because the development of Siak Regency from before it was expanded until now, is inseparable from the services of heroes, the participation of community / adat leaders and all elements of society.

"Thank you, fighters, without your services, Siak Regency might not be what it is today. May Allah give health and safety and put his side to those who are gone," he said.

During 2019, Siak Regency has managed to get 12 awards both at the Provincial and National levels. One of them is the Adipura Award for the 4th time, the Eligible District of the Nindya Category, the 1st Best Regional Development Award in Riau Province and the newly received is the 3rd Natamukti Award, and many other awards.

"All the achievements that have been achieved, can not be separated from the cooperation of all parties, namely the Siak DPRD, Forkopimda elements and all related parties," explained the Regent of Siak.
