Pekanbaru City Government Holds Property Expo Together with REI

Tuesday 12 November 2019, Pekanbaru City Government (Pemko) will hold a Property Expo in early December. The event was held by the City of Pekanbaru Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) with Indonesian Real Estate (REI).

That was said by the Head of Regional Reveniu Regency Pekanbaru Zulhelmi Arifin. He mentioned that together with friends from REI, they will hold the Pekanbaru Property Expo in early December.

This exhibition has been discussed with the Indonesian Real Estate (REI), the Indonesian Notary Association (INI), the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Kadin), the Association of Indonesian Exhibition and Exhibition Organizer Companies (Asperapi), the Indonesian Shopping Center Management Association (APPBI), the Alliance Jaya National Housing Developers (Apernas Jaya), the Association of Indonesian Housing and Settlement Developers (Apersi), and Mall General Managers.

"We will make an exhibition of housing and building materials in malls that are spread in Pekanbaru. For advertising this exhibition, we will provide an incentive not to impose billboard tax," said Zulhelmi during the Regional Tax Socialization event at the Novotel Hotel, Tuesday (11/12/2019 ).

Regional revenue Agency of Pekanbaru will also make special rules for participants participating in the exhibition. It is expected that the Pekanbaru Property Expo exhibition can increase home sales.
