DLHK Task Force Still Finds Community Dispose The Trash into Banned Places, This Is the Proof

PEKANBARU - Task Force of the Department of Environment and Hygiene (Task Force DLHK) patrolling at several points in the city of Pekanbaru. They found that some people were still littering at some prohibited points.

"Formerly the area had become a place to pile garbage by unscrupulous people. Even though the area was not a Temporary Shelter (TPS)," said Head of Pekanbaru City DLHK, Zulfikri, Monday (1/20/2020).

He said, janitors from the City of Pekanbaru DLHK had already fixed the pile. But now there are still new piles.

In addition to the piles of garbage at the location, the DLHK Task Force also found several people who were picking up trash in front of the Arengka Morning Market. The officer gave a warning not to unload the garbage heap.

The team also found that there was independent garbage transportation on Jalan Soekarno-Hatta. It is suspected that two motorized pedicabs were used to dispose of garbage at the city border.

"We immediately direct to dispose of trash at Arengka Market TPS," he explained.

He asserted, garbage can only be piled up at polling stations only. The team also held a patrol at Rambutan m T-junction- Arifin Achmad street, Sidomulyo Area - Jalan Soekarno-Hatta and Jalan Jendral Sudirman.

"We urge that people do not accumulate garbage on the side of the road. They can accumulate it at 19:00 WIB until 05.00 WIB at the TPS," he explained.

People who do not have garbage transportation in their area can contact DLHK Pekanbaru City. "So we make sure there is no more reason for the garbage not to be picked up. If transportation has not yet been conveyed, or disposed of it to the nearest polling station," he said. (R24 / put)
