News24xx.com - Raising the dead to help the living overcome their grief is impossible.

But on a Korean television show, a technology to reunite a mother with her daughter who died at the age of seven was exhibited. The technology is equipped with touch-sensitive gloves and audio.

The program, entitled 'Meeting You,' tells the story of a family who lost their seven-year-old daughter, Nayeon, who died of an unnamed disease in 2016.

Using this technology, the two of them were able to touch, play, and hold talks, and the little girl even convinced her mother that she was no longer in pain.

Jang Ji-sung, Nayeon's mother, wore a Vive virtual reality (VR) headgear and was transferred to the park where her daughter stood there smiling in a bright purple dress.

"Geez, I miss you," the mother rang as she stroked her daughter's digital replica.

The Korean company Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation, or MBC, is working to design Nayeon's face, body and voice as accurately as possible, reports Aju Business Daily.
