Director of UNAIR Teaching Hospital Prof. Nasronudin appealed for people who indicated the disease to immediately report and check it to RSUA [Airlangga University Hospital].

With the readiness and collaboration undertaken by UNAIR and the Surabaya City Government, Risma appealed to the people of Surabaya City not to panic, be confused or be anxious in facing the coronavirus entry into Indonesia.

Risma also added, "If there are symptoms, coughs, heat, colds, and shortness of breath then please be checked at the Unair hospital. Costs will be borne by the Surabaya City Government."
