News24xx.com - The Government of Indonesia through the Task Force for the Acceleration of Handling COVID-19 recorded an increase in the number of cases cured per Saturday, 24 April 2020 to 1042 after there were an additional 40 people. While the case died to 720 after there were an increase of 31 people.

The recorded data was taken from the results of 67,828 specimen tests conducted using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method in 45 laboratories. A total of 52,541 cases of examined specimens obtained 8,607 positive and 43,934 negative data.

Then for the number of people under monitoring (ODP) to 206,911 people and patients under surveillance (PDP) to 19,084 people. The data was taken from 34 provinces and 280 districts / cities in the country.

The Task Force then detailed COVID-19 positive data in Indonesia, namely in Aceh Province nine cases, Bali 183 cases, Banten 370 cases, Bangka Belitung nine cases, Bengkulu eight cases, Yogyakarta 79 cases, DKI Jakarta 3,684 cases.

Furthermore in Jambi 21 cases, West Java 907 cases, Central Java 621 cases, East Java 770 cases, West Kalimantan 51 cases, East Kalimantan 97 cases, Central Kalimantan 100 cases, South Kalimantan 146 cases, and North Kalimantan 83 cases.

Then in Riau Islands, 83 cases, West Nusa Tenggara 180 cases, South Sumatra 119 cases, West Sumatra 97 cases, North Sulawesi 36 cases, North Sumatra 105 cases, and Southeast Sulawesi 41 cases.

Whereas in South Sulawesi 432 cases, Central Sulawesi 36 cases, Lampung 38 cases, Riau 38 cases, North Maluku 14 cases, Maluku 22 cases, West Papua 16 cases, Papua 136 cases, West Sulawesi 35 cases, East Nusa Tenggara one case, Gorontalo 14 cases and in the field verification process 26 cases.
