Nusantara III Building of National Parliament in Representatives Building Complex Jakarta was burning

News24xx.com -  Nusantara III Building of National Parliament, in Representatives Building Complex, Jakarta, was said to be on fire on Monday night. There was smokes seen from its fourth floor, but there was no fire seen.

The staffs of the parliament all came down and gathered in the lobby to reduce the risk of fire. The smoke was seen permeating the fourth floor and even to the lobby. The security officer blocked the way to the lift to prevent anyone from going to the fourth floor, except the firefighters or important officials with certain needs.

Meanwhile, at the yard of Nusantara III, seven firefighter cars arrived from different units around the area. One of the firefighters, Udin, said that they received the report from the House of Representatives around 7 p.m. and went straight to the Parliament Building.

According to him, the cause of the fire was still unknown, but there was no fire on the fourth floor, only smoke.

It all happened when the members of House of Representatives were preparing the inauguration of the head of parliament which would be held on Tuesday, March 20 2018.

On November 2017, Nusantara III Building was also caught on fire on the second floor but was able to put out on time.
